In partnership with the Goethe-Institut Irland, Terenure Library hosts the German Film Club on the last Wednesday of every month, featuring a screening of a German-language film with English subtitles. April's film screening will take place on Wednesday 30 April at 6pm

This month’s film is Orphea in Love, directed by Axel Ranisch .

Nele is a talented young opera singer from Estonia, who works at a call center. When she meets Kolya, a young, deaf criminal from the streets, the two instantly fall in love. But when tragedy strikes, she has to face the demons from her past to balance her life. A re-imagining of the Orpheus saga.

This workshop makes it easy to move and play together and helps to develop a child motor’s skills, discover physical possibilities and build mutual trust.
